This hotel is nice, and has in-room breakfast, a cozy bar area, complimentary wi-fi, and air conditioning. The staff went out of their way to help me find a better taxi on my first stay. Highly recommended for a relaxing city trip.

Private parking close to the hotel provided. Brand-new rooms and reasonably large with window to window, 2 single beds, for instance. Excellent service, very responsive and helpful staff during stay

Couple seeking comfort and convenience
The room was decently clean and atmosphere really cozy. The receptionists were friendly and really were great too accommodate us-this Elena from Albania, she stood out, always ready to help.
It wasn't cheap, felt a bit steep for what you get, but still okay.

There were beautiful tourist spots near this hotel, for example piazza unita d'italia. Location in the middle of the city. The venue was centrally located, within easy ride from Ronchi Dei Legionari airport

Modern building with stylish decor. Located just a short stroll away from key landmarks like Piazza dell'Unita.
The rooms can be on the smaller side, lacking in amenities like tissues, kettle, or workspace. Breakfast offered was typical, with no hot cooked options and somewhat mediocre. Prices skyrocketed during a local conference.

After living in Europe for 5 years now, the staff was hands down the best I have ever had! The staff was very friendly, very helpful, and they seemed to enjoy doing their job! Also, the room was mis-advertised on Booked.net so my group was upgraded to a suite for the price of a junior suite! Lastly, when we requested a late check out due to a marathon my group was participating in, they granted us the room for an additional 6 hours to take showers and relax after the race for only 10 extra euro (total not per person)! Grazie mille di tutto!!!!!!!!!
